Justice Services
The Indigenous Justice Program
Adult Community Corrections
Indigenous Justice Workers support individuals on pre-trial release or bail, offering monitoring, diversion options, and reintegration support.
Indigenous Court Navigator
We help bridge communication between clients and justice officials by explaining legal processes and providing culturally appropriate support.
Restorative Justice
We facilitate restorative justice circles that promote healing for victims and meaningful accountability for offenders through recognized dialogues and processes.
Alternative Measures
Through referrals from Crown Counsel and the RCMP, we offer diversion options that may help individuals avoid the court system and reduce over population of the justice system. Successful completion can result in no criminal record.
Our Approach
Kwadacha Nation delivers a culturally grounded, land- and wilderness-based approach to justice that supports community-level healing and honours traditions through reconnection, restoration, and the reunification of culture.
Khutsedzik’e’ Justice Services provides support across all stages, including prevention, pre- and post-charge diversion, alternative measures, sentencing guidance, rehabilitation, reintegration, and victim services.
Services are available within Kwadacha Nation Territory and in the Mackenzie and Prince George regions.
Our Mission
Our mission at Khutsedzik'e' Justice Services is to provide members with support throughout all justice processes in order to prevent and reduce recidivism using culturally relevant practices of healing and restoration. To assist members of the community with the court system and conflicts with law.
